I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki (by Baek Se-hee)
I heard about this memoir when the author passed away, and obviously the title made it a must read. Unfortunately, the best part about it is the title, otherwise it's very surface level and not interesting.
It mostly transcribes conversations between the author and her mediocre therapist that don't really go anywhere or explore anything. I only finished it because it was fast and I'm behind on my goal for the year. I'm sorry that Baek See-hee is no longer with us, however.
